ORDER

Can I change or cancel the order?

All orders cannot be cancelled after payment is accepted. If you would like to make any revise on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Kindly understand only size can be revised, it may not possible to make any changes when your order is under processing.

*Orders revision is not guaranteed.

How can I check and track the status of my order?

You will receive emails when your order has been shipped, you can also check the status and tracking number in “My account “page.


DELIVERY

When will I receive the order?

After the order is placed successfully, your order is expected to arrive within 2 - 5 business days. The delivery may be delayed during public holiday and festivals.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place your orders separately.

Can I specify a courier to deliver my order?

All orders will be delivered via S.F. Express, you can choose S.F. Express self pick-up or home delivery.

Can I pick up my order in your retail store or office?

Office or retail store pick-up is not available.

Can I purchase outside Hong Kong? And the shipping fee?

We only ship to Hong Kong & Macau.

What can I do if I have not received the item at the time of delivery?

If you were not available at the time of delivery to receive the item, normally the re-delivery will be attempted on the next day. You can also contact S.F. Express at 2730 0273 to rearrange the delivery schedule directly. All failed deliveries will be returned to our office and we will contact you via email; you may be charged for the extra delivery fee.

You can also track the status on S.F. Express’s website with the tracking number.

For any disputes, Mizuno-HK Online reserves all the rights to make the final decision.


RETURN

What should I do if I receive a defective/ wrong item?

If the received item is damaged or it is found to be inconsistent with your order, please contact us immediately. For the return process please refer to our return policy page.

Do you accept return and exchange?

We accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of the item (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase). We offer refund to all returned items. For more information, please refer to our return policy page.

Currently gift wrapping is not available.
