Orders are processed in 1-3 working days.
Standard Delivery takes 4-7 working days.
Please note we may require additional days to process orders during promotions.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (except Public Holiday)
Some remote areas may require extra 1-2 working days for delivery.
Shipping Method
- We ship our order using S.F. Express with two options:
1. Home Delivery
- You can have your package sent to a home or office address.
2. S.F. Express Self Pick Up
- You can also collect your package at S.F. Express Stores or Lockers.
- Simply enter the code and address of the pickup location in the delivery address during checkout. S.F. Express Store Locations.
- You will receive an SMS message from S.F. Express once your package is ready for collection.
- *Office or retail store pickup are not available
Delivery Fee
- We offer free delivery for purchases above HK$500.
- Otherwise, a delivery fee of HK$80 will be applied.
International Shipping
- We do not provide international shipping.
- We will only ship to delivery address within Hong Kong and Macau area.
