於 Mizuno Hong Kong Online 購買的商品，您可以在簽收貨品日起計7天內申請退換貨。
1. 申請退換貨前請確保商品符合以下條件：
- 商品必須是原價貨品
- 商品必須完好未經使用、未洗滌、無任何塗鴉、污跡或刮痕
- 商品需保持原本狀態及所有原有包裝(包括原膠袋、鞋盒等)，且未影響商品再次銷售
- 商品附帶的配件、說明書、吊牌、標識、標籤及訂單收據必須齊全
- 所有減價貨品均不接受退換貨
