Performance Tailored to Each Club

Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, the Mizuno Pro M-13 set is a collection of three optimal solutions within a single set, with each section of the bag designed for a specific purpose:

Long Irons (#4-5)

Built to inspire confidence and provide soaring distance, these irons feature a full pocket cavity structure. The innovative Contour Ellipse Face is designed with a unique variable thickness—thicker at the center, thinning out in an ellipse, and then thickening again. This dramatically expands the high ball-speed area for explosive distance and impressive forgiveness on off-center hits.

Mid Irons (#6-8)

These irons act as the perfect bridge between the long and short irons. The thin-walled structure is optimized for stable distances and smooth transitions, making it easy to create consistent distance gaps throughout the set.

Short Irons (#9-GW)

For ultimate control and feel, these irons utilize a one-piece face-and-neck forged soft iron construction (S25CM mild steel). This design prioritizes the pure, solid impact feel that Mizuno is famous for, giving you the control needed to attack pins.

Grain Flow Forged

This unique forging process creates a continuous grain flow from the neck to the clubface, a "lifeline of feel" that prevents breaks in the grain and delivers the soft, solid feedback Mizuno is renowned for.

Copper Underlay Plating

A thin layer of copper plating is applied beneath the chrome finish. While subtle, this layer is believed to produce a softer, more satisfying feel at impact, making the ball feel like it stays on the clubface for a fraction of a second longer.

Triple Cut Sole

The leading and trailing edges are strategically ground to create a "triple cut" design. This minimizes contact with the turf during a full swing, allowing for a cleaner, more consistent strike from a variety of lies.
