退換貨政策

由簽收貨品日起計 7 天內，您可以為於 Mizuno Hong Kong Online Store購買的貨品申請退換貨，惟必須遵守以下條款：

  • 商品狀態與包裝： 退回商品必須保持完好、全新未經使用及洗滌，且無任何塗鴉、污跡或刮痕。所有原裝包裝（如原裝膠袋、鞋盒、吊牌、標識、配件、說明書等) 及訂單收據必須齊全退回，且不影響商品再次銷售。

  • 種類與次數限制： 此服務僅適用於原價貨品，所有減價、優惠或促銷貨品恕不接受退換。基於衛生考慮，運動護具、內衣、緊身褲、襪子及毛巾均不設退換。此外，每張訂單僅限申請一次退換貨服務。

  • 換貨優先原則： 我們僅提供更換服務。符合條件的商品(原價貨品)僅限更換為相同款式及顏色的其他尺碼。若原款式之所有尺碼均已斷貨，客戶可申請更換同系列或相同價值款式。

  • 退款例外條件： 只有在該款商品完全斷貨（包括所有尺碼及同系列等值款式），導致本公司無法提供換貨時，方會處理退款申請。若因個人因素（如不喜歡顏色、不符預期等）而拒絕本公司提供的換貨方案，恕不接受退款。
