Launch Date: This collection will officially launch on February 7 at 11:00 AM.

• Inventory & Returns: Quantities are limited. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or an incorrect shipment, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of the delivery date. You must provide product photos and a detailed description. All defect assessments are subject to inspection and final confirmation by Mizuno Hong Kong Online.
• Return of Defective Items: Once an item is inspected and confirmed as defective, the company will bear the relevant return shipping costs.
• Non-Defective Range (Exclusions): The following situations will not be considered product defects and fall under the category of general returns/exchanges. Any associated shipping costs must be borne by the customer:

• Color Variation: Visual color differences caused by photography lighting, environment, or monitor/display settings.

• Personal Preference: Applications based on personal perception, subjective preference, or change of mind.

• Human-Induced Damage: Damage caused by improper washing, failure to follow care label instructions, or misuse.

• Sizing Issues: Return requests due to improper fit. Sizing suggestions provided by our Customer Service team are for reference only; the final purchase decision (size selection) is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend referring to the official size chart for measurements before purchasing.
