Introducing the perfect shoe that combines top-class features for a floating run feel. Runners, particularly overpronators with heavier builds, will feel like they are running on air due to the enhanced cushioning and energy return. The MIZUNO ENERZY NXT material combines a light weight, softness, and energy return at the top midsole, and is complemented by MIZUNO ENERZY at the bottom midsole. The Smooth Stretch Woven comfortably maintains the correct foot position, while the
Asymmetrical MIZUNO WAVE with integrated wall plus wide outsole design increase stability without skimping on cushioning.

-
Product Condition and Packaging: Returned items must be in perfect, brand-new condition—unused, unwashed, and free of any markings, stains, or scratches. All original packaging (such as original polybags, shoe boxes, tags, labels, accessories, and manuals) and the original order receipt must be returned in full, ensuring the product remains in a condition suitable for resale.
-
Category and Frequency Restrictions: This service applies only to full-priced items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any discounted, sale, or promotional items. For hygiene reasons, sports supports, underwear, leggings, socks, and towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, return or exchange requests are limited to once per order.
-
Exchange-First Policy: We primarily offer exchange services. Eligible items ( full-priced items) may only be exchanged for a different size of the same style and color. If all sizes of the original style are out of stock, customers may apply to exchange for an item within the same series or of equal value.
-
Refund Exception Criteria: Refund requests will only be processed if the item is completely out of stock (including all sizes and equivalent styles within the same series), making it impossible for the company to provide an exchange. Refunds will not be accepted if a customer rejects the provided exchange options due to personal reasons (e.g., disliking the color or the product not meeting expectations).
