  1. Return Policy

  • Return only; exchange service is not available.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Late requests will not be accepted.

  1. Return Conditions

  • Products must be brand new, unused, and unwashed.

  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be kept intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

  1. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or missing any original accessories.

  • Requests for return due to personal reasons (e.g. size, preference, or color) are not accepted.

  • Sale or limited-edition items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold.

  1. Return Procedure

  • Please contact our Customer Service Team first and provide your order details and reason for return.

  • Once approved, the product must be sent back to the designated address within the specified period.

  • Return shipping cost will be covered by Mizuno Hong Kong, except in cases where the return is not due to a product quality issue.

  1. Refund Arrangement

  2. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  3. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Mizuno Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in case of any dispute.
