MIZUNO CLUB MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

To upgrade from Silver Member to Gold Member, a total spending of HK$5,000 within one year is required (this amount includes the spending already accumulated when upgrading from Bronze to Silver).

To renew Silver membership, a total spending of HK$1,250 or above within one year is required.

To renew Gold membership, a total spending of HK$2,500 or above within one year is required.

Welcome or upgrade rewards (discount coupons) are limited to one-time use per purchase and cannot be split for multiple redemptions.

Membership points are accumulated with every purchase (points are based on the actual amount spent after all discounts or promotions are applied).

For every eligible HK$1 spent, members earn 1 point (eligible spending excludes returned or refunded items).

The points redemption rate is 1,000 points = HK$100 (applicable to Silver and Gold members).

Points can be used on the official website and will be credited within 7–10 business days after purchase. Points from different accounts cannot be combined or transferred. Validity of points for Silver and Gold members is one year. Mizuno HK reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate the validity period of points.

Points can be redeemed for gifts: Silver and Gold members can exchange designated points for gifts. For detailed gift lists and redemption methods, please refer to Mizuno HK official announcements.

To use discounts or accumulate points, members must present or provide their membership information at the time of purchase. Points or discounts will not be applied retroactively after purchase completion.

Approximately ten days before the member's birthday month, a birthday discount coupon will be issued for use within the birthday month (limited to one order per coupon).

If a member upgrades to Silver or Gold during their birthday month, the birthday discount coupon will be issued within 7 working days.

Birthday discounts are only valid within the birthday month (from the first to the last day of the month as one transaction). Silver members receive 10% off on Performance products; Gold members receive 20% off Performance products and 10% off Sportstyle products. Birthday discounts must be used in one transaction.

Birthday discounts cannot be used after the expiry of the birthday month. Birthday discounts can be used together with other member discounts. If products purchased with birthday discounts are returned or refunded, the discount is regarded as used and will not be reissued.

Details of pre-purchasing priority for special products, such as lottery methods and sale details, will be announced by Mizuno HK official channels.

Mizuno HK will periodically organize member-exclusive events and launch limited-edition gifts. Members can redeem these with points or participate using their membership status. Details will be notified via SMS or email.

Member discounts may be used together with other promotions. In case of any disputes, Mizuno HK reserves the final decision right.

Mizuno HK membership programs and discounts are only valid at stores and the official website (www.mizuno-hk.com) in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macau Special Administrative Region.
