Refund policy

We offer free return/ refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase). 

We will offer refund to all return orders, please make sure the item meets the following conditions before application:

  • New, unused with tags intact;
  • Unwashed, without any graffiti, stains or scratches;
  • with original conditions and all packings (including plastic bag, box) that can be sold again; and
  • Including original invoice

Each order can apply return once only.

  • For example, if you requested to return 1 item in the order, you can not apply return for other items after return accepted.

Defective/ wrong shipped items

  • Please provide a simple descriptions or photos if you received a defective or wrong shipped items.

Exchange

  • Due to stock running out fast, to avoid out of stock situation, we offer refund to all returns, please kindly place a new order.

Clearance items, socks, towel, sports tight/legging and sports bra

  • Please note clearance items are non-returnable, unless the received item is defective or wrong shipped (subject to Mizuno-HK Online’s inspection). Due to hygiene issue, all socks, towels, sports tight and sports bras are non-returnable.

Return procedure

Step 1. Fill in the return form on the invoice

  • Please fill in the return form and indicate the return reason, kindly provide a simple descriptions if it is defective/wrong shipped item. 
  • When your return is accepted, you may start to return the item.
  • Please understand we won't process the return without contact us.

Step 2. Return your item

  • When your item is well packed and ready to return, you can choose the following methods to send it back to us :

2a. Pick-up by S.F. Express

  • Fill in the waybill, shipping fee please tick "paid by receiver".
  • Call S.F. Express service hotline +852 2730 0273 to arrange the pick-up service manually

2b. Drop-off at S.F. Express store or service centre.

  • Fill in the waybill, shipping fee please tick "paid by receiver".
  • Drop-off at their store or service centre

2c. Return the item with other courier

  • You can also use your own courier to collect the package, please note that the shipping fees of return made with other courier will be borne by the customer.
  • After returning the package, remember to keep the receipt which can be used to track the package.

Step 3. Received the return item

  • We will process the refund within 7-14 business days after received the return item.
  • Refund may take 5 business days or longer to reflect in your bank account.
  • If the returned item do not satisfy with the return conditions, we will send back the item to the customer at the customer's own expense.

Unacceptable Returns

Please note we will not accept or process the return under the following circumstances:

  • Return request raised after 14days of the receipt of the item;
  • Items returned without return request;
  • Clearance items (except defective items), socks, towel, sport tight/legging or sport bra;
  • Items sold outside this planform, Mizuno-HK Online;
  • Items sold in retail stores;
  • Items not meeting the return conditions;
  • Invoice or order number not provided or lost;
  • Tags are cut, damaged or lost;
  • Item is used, washed, processed, not in original conditions (e.g. altered size, soiled, dyed and other conditions);
  • Items with any graffiti, stains or scratches;
  • Damaged due to improper washed or used (subject to Mizuno-HK Online’s inspection)
