The WAVE PROPHECY MOC perfectly balances the line between sneakers and leather shoes. Following the earlier release of the suede version and the GORE-TEX variant, MIZUNO SPORTSTYLE has decided to return to the origin and bring back the all-black colorway of the WAVE PROPHECY MOC.
The shoe is constructed from leather and suede. It omits the original white laces, switching to black cotton laces to create a seamless look, and additionally includes functional rope laces. The sole incorporates the brand's signature INFINITY WAVE cushioning technology; the WAVE PROPHECY MOC features MIZUNO's proprietary "WAVE PROPHECY" sole technology and the "INFINITY WAVE" hollow structure plate to reduce midsole collapse. The outsole uses "X10" material, which is more durable than ordinary rubber, offering approximately 80% greater abrasion resistance.
