Delivery Terms and Conditions (Hong Kong and Macau)
1. Order Processing and Delivery Time
  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Generally takes 4 - 7 business days.
  • Remote Areas: May require an additional 1 - 2 business days.
  • Business Day Definition: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Special Circumstances: Processing times may be extended during weekends, holidays, or promotional periods due to a higher volume of orders.
  • Order Modifications: Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or changes cannot be accepted. For cancellation requests, please refer to our "Return and Refund Policy".
  • We currently only accept orders with shipping addresses in Hong Kong or Macau. Overseas shipping services are not available.
2. Delivery Method (SF Express)
  • Currently, delivery is only available for Hong Kong and Macau. Overseas shipping or in-store pickup services are not available.
  • Delivery to Specified Address: Delivery to the residential or commercial address provided by the customer.
  • Pickup at SF Service Points / Lockers: *Please enter the SF pickup point code and address in the shipping address field.
    • Upon arrival of the item, SF Express will send an SMS/App notification for pickup.

3. Delivery Charges

Free Shipping on orders of HK$500 or more. For orders under HK$500, a fee of HK$80 per order applies.

💡 Note: Additional Shipping Charges Warning If delivery cannot be made or is delayed due to the following circumstances, the recipient is responsible for any additional fees charged by SF Express:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address, or unreachable phone number.
  • The address falls under a category requiring special warehouse entry services.
  • Failure to collect the item within the specified time frame.
