3. Offer Limitations and Checkout Instructions:

 

  • No Cross-Category Mixing: Footwear products and Apparel/Accessories products cannot be mixed to calculate the bundle offer. The Apparel & Accessories bundle offer applies only within its own category. If a customer purchases one pair of footwear and one piece of apparel/accessory, they will not be eligible for the extra discount.

  • "Add to Cart" Required: To ensure the extra bundle discount is applied, customers must click "Add to Cart" and verify that the discounted price is displayed in the shopping cart before proceeding to payment. If "Buy It Now" is clicked directly, the system will not calculate or apply the extra discount.

4. Order Processing Notes:

 

  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed and successfully placed, no product modifications (including but not limited to product model, size, or color) will be accepted. To change the shipping address, please email info@mizuno-hk.com directly after placing the order (Please note our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, excluding Saturdays and Public Holidays).

  • Due to the high volume of orders, it will take approximately 5-7 working days to process your order. We apologize that we cannot accommodate urgent orders during this period. Thank you for your patience!

  • All discounted products are available in limited quantities and while stocks last.
