Welcome to the WAVE PROPHECY RING MOC Pre-Order Event. Before participating, please carefully read and agree to the following terms:1. Redemption and Eligibility Details
  • Redemption Period: Starts immediately. Quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
  • Membership Eligibility: This event is strictly limited to Silver and Gold members who have attained their tier on or before June 23 (Bronze members are not eligible to participate in this point redemption).[Important Upgrade Notice] Please note that system transaction processing and membership upgrades take time:
    • Physical Store Purchases: Requires 8 days to complete the upgrade.
    • Official Online Store Purchases: Requires 14 days to process and complete the upgrade.
    • Example A (Physical Store): If you are currently a Bronze member and plan to make a purchase at a physical store to upgrade to Silver for this event, you must complete your eligible spending by June 15 at the latest (June 15 + 8 days processing time = effective exactly on June 23 as a Silver member).
    • Example B (Online Store): If you plan to make a purchase on the official online store to upgrade, you must complete your eligible spending by June 9 at the latest (June 9 + 14 days processing time = effective exactly on June 23 as a Silver member).
    • Please ensure you allow ample time; those who upgrade after the deadline will not be able to participate in this pre-order.
  • Redemption Requirement: 1,990 member points are required for redemption.
  • Quota Limit: Product quantities are limited, first-come, first-served, while stocks last.
  • Sizing Standard: Please be sure to confirm your required size. It is recommended to go half a size up. All sizes are calculated using Japanese sizing (CM).

2. Pre-Order Process Guidelines
  1. Go to the "My Account" page, enter the "Redeem Rewards" section, and select the Priority Purchase Pass for your desired size (e.g., WAVE PROPHECY RING MOC-xxcm).
  2. In "Redeem Rewards", select the CM size you want and proceed to redeem. Then click "Confirm". The system will pop up a "Successfully Redeemed!" window; click "Use Now". (Alternatively, go to "My Account", select the pass under "You have X rewards", and click "Use Now").
  3. The system will automatically generate a pop-up window. Please click "Go to Shopping Cart".
  4. The system will automatically add the WAVE PROPHECY RING MOC to your cart. The displayed product amount should be $0.

    [Special Notice] If the checkout page displays any amount (other than $0), it means there is an error in the redemption process. Please stop immediately and recheck your steps; otherwise, the order will be considered void. If operational errors result in transaction fees that require a refund, the relevant handling fees will be borne by the customer.

  5. Click "Checkout" > enter the "Billing Address" page > fill in your full name (in English or Chinese) and contact number > then click "Complete Order".
  6. You are considered to have successfully redeemed the "WAVE PROPHECY RING MOC Priority Purchase Pass" only after receiving the confirmation email.
  7. The redeemer must pick up the goods in person at the store within the designated dates and present their member account QR code along with the order confirmation email. Screenshots (except for the email) or proxies are not accepted, in order to protect members' rights.
  8. Please inspect the product on the spot upon collection. Due to limited quantities, once payment is complete, no return or exchange requests will be accepted for any reason.
  9. Orders not collected by the deadline will be deemed automatically forfeited. The deducted points will not be refunded, and no late collection arrangements will be made.
3. Important Notices
  • No Order Modifications: Once an order is confirmed (i.e., upon receiving the confirmation email), no modification requests will be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, product size, pick-up method, recipient details, or order cancellation. Please double-check all information before checking out.
  • This WAVE PROPHECY RING MOC pre-order event is considered eligible spending and will earn 1 member point for every $1 HKD spent.
  • First-Come, First-Served: Successfully redeeming the Priority Purchase Pass is based on completing the final checkout process. If points are deducted but checkout is not completed, it is considered a failed redemption.
  • Point Refund Processing: If your points were deducted but you failed to complete the checkout, please email info@mizuno-hk.com immediately.
    • Email Subject: Failed to redeem WAVE PROPHECY RING MOC Priority Purchase Pass
    • Email Content: Must provide your name, phone number, and email address.
    • Processing Time: Upon receiving the email, we will process and refund the relevant points within 2 hours during office hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm).
  • Size Selection: If a member successfully checks out but made a personal operational error (e.g., selecting the wrong size), no exchanges or point refunds will be accepted.
  • Final Decision: Mizuno HK reserves the right to modify these terms or terminate the event at any time without prior notice.
4. In-Store Pick-Up Process
  • Pick-Up Dates: July 4, 2026 to July 6, 2026
  • Pick-Up Location: SPORTSTYLE HK Store (Shop G15A, K11 Art Mall, 18 Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui)
  • Operating Hours: 11:30 - 21:00
  • Required Upon Collection:
    1. Member Account QR Code: To verify membership identity.
    2. Successful Redemption Confirmation Email: Must clearly show the order number (e.g., MXXXX).
    3. Contact Number: Must match the registered information.
  • The redeemer must pick up the items in person and present the member QR code. Screenshots (unless it is a screenshot of the email itself) or proxy collections are strictly prohibited to protect member rights.
  • Failure to collect the item within the designated period will be deemed a forfeiture, and the relevant points will not be refunded.
5. Public Release DetailsIf you do not meet the pre-order eligibility or failed to successfully redeem the pass, this product will be officially available for public sale at the following time:
  • Release Date: Friday, July 3, 2026
  • Release Time: Officially opens at 11:00 AM
  • Release Channels: MIZUNO specialty stores (K11 Art Mall, THE FOREST, New Town Plaza Shatin) and the Official Online Store simultaneously.
  • Special Arrangement: If there is a large crowd on the day of release, queuing tickets will be distributed to maintain on-site order. Please take note.
