MIZUNO has introduced a major revolution to the NEO ZEN running shoe series. The core power of this second-generation daily trainer comes from the next-generation MIZUNO ENERZY NXT NITROGEN INFUSED midsole. This nitrogen-infusion technology provides the feet with top-tier softness and energy return.
Within its lightweight structure—weighing only approximately 250g (size 27cm)—the sole thickness is set at 34.5–40.5mm (6mm drop). This is paired with the SMOOTH SPEED ASSIST rockered heel design, which reduces the burden on the calves and helps maintain a more efficient running posture. The outsole covers the cushioning holes found in the previous generation to provide stronger propulsion, enhanced stability, and increased surface area for ground contact. Finally, the ENGINEERED MESH & KNIT hybrid upper offers a highly breathable, sock-like fit.

Product Condition and Packaging: Returned items must be in perfect, brand-new condition—unused, unwashed, and free of any markings, stains, or scratches. All original packaging (such as original polybags, shoe boxes, tags, labels, accessories, and manuals) and the original order receipt must be returned in full, ensuring the product remains in a condition suitable for resale.

Category and Frequency Restrictions: This service applies only to full-priced items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any discounted, sale, or promotional items. For hygiene reasons, sports supports, underwear, leggings, socks, and towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, return or exchange requests are limited to once per order.

Exchange-First Policy: We primarily offer exchange services. Eligible items ( full-priced items) may only be exchanged for a different size of the same style and color. If all sizes of the original style are out of stock, customers may apply to exchange for an item within the same series or of equal value.

Refund Exception Criteria: Refund requests will only be processed if the item is completely out of stock (including all sizes and equivalent styles within the same series), making it impossible for the company to provide an exchange. Refunds will not be accepted if a customer rejects the provided exchange options due to personal reasons (e.g., disliking the color or the product not meeting expectations).

Collaborations & Special Editions
Due to the unique nature of our collaboration collections and special editions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items once sold.
