The "PRO" is the only model in the series equipped with the SMOOTH SPEED ASSIST upward-curved heel, setting the midfoot as the primary contact point and the thickest part of the shoe. With a sole thickness of 33.5-39mm (a 5.5mm drop), it supports highly efficient weight transfer. Both the upper and lower midsole layers utilize MIZUNO ENERZY XP - TPEE material. Weighing only about 200g (for size 27cm), it continuously delivers excellent cushioning and stable propulsion, even during long-distance runs. The carbon fiber Wave plate is specifically designed to enhance the SSA functionality. Compared to the "PURE" and "ELITE" models, the sole features a wider coverage of G3 outsole lugs; this expanded traction design not only improves durability but also provides exceptional grip.

Product Condition and Packaging: Returned items must be in perfect, brand-new condition—unused, unwashed, and free of any markings, stains, or scratches. All original packaging (such as original polybags, shoe boxes, tags, labels, accessories, and manuals) and the original order receipt must be returned in full, ensuring the product remains in a condition suitable for resale.

Category and Frequency Restrictions: This service applies only to full-priced items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any discounted, sale, or promotional items. For hygiene reasons, sports supports, underwear, leggings, socks, and towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, return or exchange requests are limited to once per order.

Exchange-First Policy: We primarily offer exchange services. Eligible items ( full-priced items) may only be exchanged for a different size of the same style and color. If all sizes of the original style are out of stock, customers may apply to exchange for an item within the same series or of equal value.

Refund Exception Criteria: Refund requests will only be processed if the item is completely out of stock (including all sizes and equivalent styles within the same series), making it impossible for the company to provide an exchange. Refunds will not be accepted if a customer rejects the provided exchange options due to personal reasons (e.g., disliking the color or the product not meeting expectations).
