The MORELIA NEO V β JAPAN perfectly combines natural leather with the BareFoot Knit NEO knit material. It continues to use the ENGINEERED FIT LAST NEO design for the last, while the internal foam has been upgraded to a high-quality Japanese-made material to enhance overall softness. Its standout feature is the use of BareFoot Knit NEO in the midfoot, which not only makes the boot easier to slip on than the previous generation but also delivers a barefoot feel that perfectly wraps around the foot. To maintain the shape of the boot, the interior is equipped with high-density MICRO TAFFETA to control the stretching of the leather and improve the long-lasting fit. The newly designed lightweight nylon and TPU outsole effectively reduces stud pressure, providing a smoother ball touch experience.

Product Condition and Packaging: Returned items must be in perfect, brand-new condition—unused, unwashed, and free of any markings, stains, or scratches. All original packaging (such as original polybags, shoe boxes, tags, labels, accessories, and manuals) and the original order receipt must be returned in full, ensuring the product remains in a condition suitable for resale.

Category and Frequency Restrictions: This service applies only to full-priced items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any discounted, sale, or promotional items. For hygiene reasons, sports supports, underwear, leggings, socks, and towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, return or exchange requests are limited to once per order.

Exchange-First Policy: We primarily offer exchange services. Eligible items ( full-priced items) may only be exchanged for a different size of the same style and color. If all sizes of the original style are out of stock, customers may apply to exchange for an item within the same series or of equal value.

Refund Exception Criteria: Refund requests will only be processed if the item is completely out of stock (including all sizes and equivalent styles within the same series), making it impossible for the company to provide an exchange. Refunds will not be accepted if a customer rejects the provided exchange options due to personal reasons (e.g., disliking the color or the product not meeting expectations).

Collaborations & Special Editions
Due to the unique nature of our collaboration collections and special editions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items once sold.
