The MORELIA NEO V JAPAN features a natural leather upper paired with the new BareFoot Leather NEO synthetic leather in the midfoot area. In pursuit of superior softness, the internal foam has been upgraded to the same high-quality Japanese-made material used in the MORELIA. The midfoot's BareFoot Leather NEO material further enhances the barefoot-like feel, while providing a stronger sense of support than the previous generation through updated midfoot reinforcement materials. The inner layer of the boot is upgraded with high-density MICRO TAFFETA to control the stretching of the leather, reinforcing a long-lasting fit. The last continues to use the ENGINEERED FIT LAST NEO design, while the newly developed nylon and TPU outsole further reduces pressure from the ground while pursuing lightweight performance.

Product Condition and Packaging: Returned items must be in perfect, brand-new condition—unused, unwashed, and free of any markings, stains, or scratches. All original packaging (such as original polybags, shoe boxes, tags, labels, accessories, and manuals) and the original order receipt must be returned in full, ensuring the product remains in a condition suitable for resale.

Category and Frequency Restrictions: This service applies only to full-priced items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any discounted, sale, or promotional items. For hygiene reasons, sports supports, underwear, leggings, socks, and towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, return or exchange requests are limited to once per order.

Exchange-First Policy: We primarily offer exchange services. Eligible items ( full-priced items) may only be exchanged for a different size of the same style and color. If all sizes of the original style are out of stock, customers may apply to exchange for an item within the same series or of equal value.

Refund Exception Criteria: Refund requests will only be processed if the item is completely out of stock (including all sizes and equivalent styles within the same series), making it impossible for the company to provide an exchange. Refunds will not be accepted if a customer rejects the provided exchange options due to personal reasons (e.g., disliking the color or the product not meeting expectations).

Returns and exchanges are only applicable to full-priced items. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sale or promotional items.
Collaborations & Special Editions
Due to the unique nature of our collaboration collections and special editions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items once sold.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on protective gear, undergarments, socks, or towels.
