The newly adopted RENO WOVEN upper and five-layer structure provide an enhanced fit while helping to maintain an ultra-light weight of just 295 g per shoe (size 27.0 cm). Featuring MIZUNO ENERZY NXT in the midsole and MIZUNO ENERZY xp in the insole, the shoe offers exceptional softness, energy return, and responsiveness for explosive jumps. MIZUNO WAVE technology ensures both stability and propulsion, helping players move smoothly and efficiently on the court. Plus, the upgraded XG Rubber outsole enhances grip by 17% compared to previous models.

You may apply for a return or exchange for items purchased at the Mizuno Hong Kong Online Store within 7 days of the date of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Product Condition and Packaging: Returned items must be in perfect, brand-new condition—unused, unwashed, and free of any markings, stains, or scratches. All original packaging (such as original polybags, shoe boxes, tags, labels, accessories, and manuals) and the original order receipt must be returned in full, ensuring the product remains in a condition suitable for resale.

Category and Frequency Restrictions: This service applies only to full-priced items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any discounted, sale, or promotional items. For hygiene reasons, sports supports, underwear, leggings, socks, and towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, return or exchange requests are limited to once per order.

Exchange-First Policy: We primarily offer exchange services. Eligible items ( full-priced items) may only be exchanged for a different size of the same style and color. If all sizes of the original style are out of stock, customers may apply to exchange for an item within the same series or of equal value.

Refund Exception Criteria: Refund requests will only be processed if the item is completely out of stock (including all sizes and equivalent styles within the same series), making it impossible for the company to provide an exchange. Refunds will not be accepted if a customer rejects the provided exchange options due to personal reasons (e.g., disliking the color or the product not meeting expectations).
