MIZUNO ENERZY and MIZUNO WAVE Foam are fully equipped from heel to toe in the shoe, providing excellent cushioning, energy return, and stability. Support panels on the sides of the midfoot also keep the foot securely in place even on tough trails.

- MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM: MIZUNO ENERZY, which provides amazing cushioning and energy return, is equipped throughout the entire bottom midsole.
- MIZUNO WAVE (FOAM): Mizuno Wave, featuring a wave structure with EVA at two levels of hardness, enhances stability without sacrificing cushioning. Equipped at the front and back, it enables smoother runs through the mountains for trail runners.
- Support panels on the sides of the midfoot hold the foot firmly in place even in the harshest trail environments.
- More than 90% recycled content on upper body lining textile, sockliner lining and shoelace.
