Return & Exchange Policy
Products purchased from Mizuno Hong Kong Online can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
1. Please ensure the products meet the following conditions before applying for return or exchange:
- The product must be sold at original price
- The product must be intact, unused, unwashed, and free of any graffiti, stains, or scratches
- The product must retain its original condition and all original packaging (including original plastic bags, shoebox, etc.), without affecting the item’s resale ability
- All accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and order receipts must be complete
- All discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange
- For hygiene reasons, sports protective gear, underwear, leggings, socks, and towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
- Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order
- If you apply for return or exchange for only one item in the order and it is accepted, you cannot apply for return or exchange for other items in the same order afterwards
2. Exchange
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same style and color
- When applying for an exchange, please provide the desired size and other relevant information of the item to be exchanged
- If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you by email and arrange a return
- The exchanged item will be shipped to the original delivery address and is expected to be completed within 5-10 working days
In case of any dispute, Mizuno Hong Kong Online reserves the final right of decision

It includes speed-boosting features such as MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM at the top midsole for high energy return and MIZUNO WAVE for both stability and cushioning. The durable X10 sole features rubber that helps prevent wear and tear.

- MIZUNO WAVE- This shoe has a Wave Plate (Foam Wave was used for the previous model). The Wave Plate offers both stability and cushioning. The new Plate extends to the forefoot for even more energy return, which supports speed running.
- X10 sole- The outsole is made of highly wear-resistant rubber for outstanding durability.
- More than 90% recycled content on upper body textile, upper body lining textile, sockliner lining and shoelace.
