Return & Exchange Policy

Products purchased from Mizuno Hong Kong Online can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.

1. Please ensure the products meet the following conditions before applying for return or exchange:

  • The product must be sold at original price
  • The product must be intact, unused, unwashed, and free of any graffiti, stains, or scratches
  • The product must retain its original condition and all original packaging (including original plastic bags, shoebox, etc.), without affecting the item’s resale ability
  • All accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and order receipts must be complete
  • All discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • For hygiene reasons, sports protective gear, underwear, leggings, socks, and towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  • Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order
  • If you apply for return or exchange for only one item in the order and it is accepted, you cannot apply for return or exchange for other items in the same order afterwards

2. Exchange

  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same style and color
  • When applying for an exchange, please provide the desired size and other relevant information of the item to be exchanged
  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you by email and arrange a return
  • The exchanged item will be shipped to the original delivery address and is expected to be completed within 5-10 working days
