Mizuno Wave Prophecy Moc Pre-order Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Mizuno Wave Prophecy Moc Pre-order event. Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before participating:

1. Redemption and Eligibility Details

• Redemption Date: Starting from now, limited spots available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

• Membership Eligibility: This event is limited to Silver and Gold members only.

• Redemption Requirement: Must use 1,500 membership points for redemption.

• Quota Limit: Product quantities are limited; first-come, first-served, while stocks last.

• Size Standard: Please ensure you confirm the required size. All sizes are calculated based on the Japanese scale (CM).

2. Pre-order Process Guide

1. Go to the "My Account" page, enter the "Redeem Rewards" section, and select the Early Access Voucher for your desired size (e.g., Wave Prophecy Moc-xxcm).

2. Under "Redeem Rewards" > Select your desired CM size and redeem. Click "Confirm." A "Successfully Redeemed!" window will pop up; click "Apply." (Alternatively, on the "My Account" page, select the voucher under "You have X rewards" and press "Use Now").

3. A window will automatically pop up; please click "Go to Cart."

4. The system will automatically add the Wave Prophecy Moc to your cart; the product price should display as $0.

5. 【Special Note】If the checkout page displays any amount (other than $0), it indicates an error in the redemption process. Please stop the operation immediately and re-check; otherwise, the order will be considered void. If an operational error results in transaction fees that require a refund, the associated processing fees shall be borne by the customer.

6. Click "Checkout" > Enter the "Billing Address" page > In the "Billing Address" page, please ensure you fill in your full name (Chinese or English) and contact number > then press "Complete Order."

7. The redemption of the "Mizuno Wave Prophecy Moc Early Access Voucher" is only considered successful upon receipt of a Confirmation Email.

8. Redeemers must pick up the goods in person at the store on the designated dates and present their membership account QR code and order confirmation email. Screenshots (of the app) or proxy collection are not accepted to protect member rights.

9. Customers should inspect the product on the spot upon pickup. Due to limited quantities, once payment (points redemption) is finalized, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.

10. Orders not picked up within the period will be considered forfeited. Related points will not be refunded, and no replacement arrangements will be made.

3. Important Notes

• Orders cannot be changed: Once an order is confirmed (i.e., after receiving the confirmation email), no requests for changes will be accepted, including but not limited to product size, pickup method, recipient information, or order cancellation. Please verify all information before checking out.

• First-come, first-served: The redemption of the Early Access Voucher is based on the completion of the final checkout process. If points are deducted but the checkout is not completed, the redemption is considered unsuccessful.

• Points Refund Processing: If points are deducted due to a failure to complete the checkout, please immediately email info@mizuno-hk.com.

  • Email Subject: Failed to redeem Mizuno Wave Prophecy Moc Early Access Voucher

  • Email Content: Must provide Name, Phone Number, and Email.

  • Processing Time: We will process and refund the points within 2 hours of receiving the email during office hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm).

• Size Selection: If a member makes a personal operational error (such as choosing the wrong size) and has successfully checked out, no exchanges or point refunds will be accepted.

• Final Decision: Mizuno HK reserves the right to modify the terms or terminate the event at any time without prior notice.

4. In-Store Pickup Process

• Pickup Dates: March 1, 2026, to March 3, 2026.

• Pickup Location: MIZUNO SPORTSTYLE HK Store (Shop G15A, K11 Art Mall, 18 Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui)

• Business Hours: 12:00 - 21:00.

• Required for Pickup:

  1. Membership Account QR Code: To verify member identity.

  2. Success Confirmation Email: Must show the order number (e.g., MXXXX).

  3. Contact Phone Number: Must match the registered information.

• Redeemers must pick up the goods in person and present the membership QR code. Screenshots (except for email screenshots) or proxy collection are not accepted.

• Those who fail to pick up within the designated period will be regarded as forfeiting the item, and points will not be refunded.
