Mizuno HK Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Upgrade Criteria
  • 《Bronze Member》 upgrade to 《Silver Member》: Accumulate consumption of HK$2,500 within one year.
  • 《Silver Member》 upgrade to 《Gold Member》: Accumulate consumption of HK$5,000 within one year (including the accumulated amount from the upgrade to Silver Member).
2. Membership Renewal Criteria
  • Silver Member renewal: Total annual consumption reaches HK$1,250 or more.
  • Gold Member renewal: Total annual consumption reaches HK$2,500 or more.
3. Membership Points Rules
  • HK$1 = 1 point for each eligible purchase (Eligible means no returns or refunds after purchase; some restricted products are excluded from member points).
  • Accumulated points are calculated based on the actual spending amount after all discounts and promotions.
  • Points redemption ratio: 1,000 points = HK$100 (Applicable to Silver and Gold Members).
  • Points will be credited within 7-10 working days after purchase. Points cannot be combined or transferred.
  • Silver and Gold Members points are valid for one year. Mizuno HK reserves the right to change the points validity period.
  • Points can be used on the official website (Points can be redeemed on the official website and in My Account).
  • Silver and Gold Members can redeem gifts with specified points. Details are subject to official announcements.
4. Discount and Points Usage Rules
  • Members must present or provide member details at the time of purchase to use discounts or accumulate points. These cannot be added retrospectively after completion.
  • Welcome or upgrade rewards (discount coupons) are limited to one-time use per shopping trip and cannot be split for redemption. Birthday benefits and offers
  • Single discount cannot be used together.
  • Only birthday offers can be used together with other promotions.
  • Birthday gifts and offers are given based on the member's tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold) prior to their birthday month.
  • Birthday discounts are only valid during the birthday month (from the 1st to the last day of the month). Bronze Members receive 500 points; Silver Members get 10% off Performance products; Gold Members get 20% off Performance products and 10% off Sportstyle products.
  • Birthday discounts must be used in one transaction, expire after the month, and can be used concurrently with other offers.
  • If a purchase made with a birthday discount is returned, the discount is considered used and will not be reissued.
5. Priority Purchase for Special Products
  • Lottery methods and release details are subject to Mizuno HK's official announcements.
  • Mizuno HK will periodically host member-exclusive events and launch limited gifts. Members can redeem points or participate as members. Details will be notified via SMS or email.
  • Member benefits can be used concurrently with other promotions. Mizuno HK reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
  • Mizuno HK membership program and offers are only applicable to:
    1. Retail stores (excluding Kai Tak SOGO) and official website in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (www.mizuno-hk.com)
    2. Official website in the Macau Special Administrative Region (www.mizuno-hk.com).
