The Mizuno Club has three membership levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Membership tiers are determined based on cumulative spending, with different benefits and privileges for each level.

• You become a Bronze member upon completing your first purchase.
• To upgrade to Silver, you need to accumulate spending of HKD 2,500 within one year.
• To upgrade to Gold, you need to accumulate spending of HKD 5,000 within one year (including spending that contributed to upgrading to Silver).

You must reach a specified spending amount within one year: HKD 2,500 to upgrade from Bronze to Silver, and HKD 5,000 to upgrade from Silver to Gold. Accumulated spending is calculated after deducting discounts and refunds.

• Silver members need to spend at least HKD 1,250 within one year to renew.
• Gold members need to spend at least HKD 2,500 within one year to renew.

Upon joining or upgrading, members receive discount or cash vouchers that can be used for one-time purchases only and cannot be split.

Members earn 1 point for every HKD 1 spent on qualified purchases, excluding returns or refunds.

Silver and Gold members can redeem their points on the official website under "My Account" for cash discounts or designated gifts.

Points for Silver and Gold members are valid for one year. Points from different accounts cannot be combined or transferred.

Returns or refunds will result in no points being awarded for that transaction, and any birthday discount used will be considered spent and will not be reissued.

Points are credited within 7-10 working days after purchase. Members can check their points balance by logging into their account on the official website.

Member discounts can be combined with other promotions; however, vouchers cannot be split or used multiple times. Mizuno HK reserves the final decision in case of disputes.

The Mizuno HK membership program and benefits apply only in Hong Kong SAR stores and on the official website.
