How do I become a Bronze, Silver, or Gold member?
- There is no spending threshold to become a Bronze Member; simply complete your first purchase to enjoy exclusive benefits.
- To upgrade to a Silver Member, you need to accumulate a total spend of HK$2,500 within one year.
- To upgrade to a Gold Member, you need to accumulate a total spend of HK$5,000 within one year (which includes the accumulated spending from reaching the Silver tier).
What are the membership upgrade requirements?
Members must reach a designated spending threshold within one year: HKD 2,500 to upgrade from Bronze to Silver, and HKD 5,000 to upgrade from Silver to Gold. Accumulated spending is calculated based on the actual amount paid, after deducting any discounts and refunds.
What are the requirements for membership renewal?
- To renew a Silver Membership, an annual spend of at least HKD 1,250 is required.
- To renew a Gold Membership, an annual spend of at least HKD 2,500 is required.
What are the welcome or upgrade rewards, and how do I use them?
Upon joining or upgrading, members will receive discount or cash coupons. These coupons are valid for a single transaction only and cannot be split across multiple purchases.
How do I earn points, and how many points do I earn per HKD spent?
Earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent on eligible purchases (excluding returns, refunds, and certain limited-edition items). (This is the most natural way to combine all the conditions into one smooth sentence.)
How do I redeem my points, and what is the redemption rate?
Silver and Gold members can redeem their points for cash discounts or selected gifts via the 'My Account' section on our official website.
How long are points valid, and can they be combined or transferred?
Points are valid for one year. Points from different accounts cannot be combined or transferred.
Will returns or refunds affect my points?
Points for returned items will not be awarded. If a birthday discount was applied to the returned order, it will be considered used and will not be reissued.
How do I check my points balance, and when will earned points be credited to my account?
Points will be credited to your account within 7 to 10 business days after purchase. Members can check their balance on our official website.
How do I receive my member birthday gifts and exclusive offers?
Members will receive exclusive birthday gifts and offers on the first day of their birthday month, based on their membership tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) prior to that month.
Can member benefits be combined with other discounts?
Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions, except for birthday offers.
