Payment FAQ

Our website uses Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe, a global leader in online payments) to process all transactions. Your payment security is protected by multiple layers of defense:

  • 3D Secure Technology: We support 3D Secure authentication. During checkout, a SMS verification code may be required, effectively preventing unauthorized credit card use.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), and UnionPay.
  • Mobile Payments: Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Apple Pay: You must use the Safari browser to browse our site. The Apple Pay option will then be available at checkout.

Google Pay: You must use the Chrome browser and be logged into your Google account. You can then select Google Pay at checkout.

Please ensure that the "Region/Province" field in your billing address matches your shipping address and is set to one of the following:

  • New Territories
  • Kowloon
  • Hong Kong Island

Important: Your billing and shipping addresses must be consistent to pass Apple/Google Pay verification and prevent payment errors.
