Product Sales and Shipping FAQ

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact customer service as soon as possible at info@mizuno-hk.com.
  • If your order has already been shipped, please contact SF Express directly to arrange an address change.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, local delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.

We offer delivery services within Hong Kong and Macau. Currently, we do not support international shipping.

All orders must be shipped via SF Express.

  • Door-to-Door Delivery: > Delivery to your specified address.
  • SF Station / SF Locker Self-Pickup: > You can collect your items at any SF Station or SF Locker across Hong Kong. Simply enter the address and code of your chosen pickup point as the shipping address. Once your package arrives, SF Express will send you a pickup notification via SMS.
  • Free shipping is available for orders of HK$500 or more.
  • For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of HK$80 will be charged per order.

Please note: Any additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect addresses, special warehousing services, invalid contact numbers, or failure to collect the package on time shall be borne by the recipient.

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you and follow up with the logistics provider on your behalf.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification and a tracking number via SMS or email from SF Express. This will allow you to monitor your shipment's status at your convenience
