Which areas do you deliver to?

We provide delivery services to Hong Kong and Macau only. Overseas delivery is not supported at this time.

When will my order be processed and delivered?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days. During weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods, processing and delivery may require additional time. Remote areas may require an extra 1-2 business days.

Can I change my delivery address?

  • Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to request an address change at:info@mizuno-hk.com.
  • If your order has already been shipped, please contact SF Express directly to arrange an address change.

What delivery methods are available?

All orders must be shipped via SF Express.

  • Delivery to a specified address.
  • Self-pickup at SF Express stations or smart lockers. To use this option, enter the pickup point address and number as the delivery address. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready for collection.

How is the shipping fee calculated?

  • Free shipping on orders over HK$500.
  • HK$80 shipping fee applies for orders below this amount.
  • Additional charges may apply due to incorrect address, special warehousing, wrong phone number, or failure to pick up on time, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an whatsapp/Email notification with the SF Express tracking number for your reference.

What if there is a delay or damage during delivery?

Please contact our customer service immediately if there are any delivery issues. We will assist you and follow up with SF Express.
