Products purchased from Mizuno Hong Kong Online can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.

1. Please ensure the products meet the following conditions before applying for return or exchange:

  • The product must be sold at original price
  • The product must be intact, unused, unwashed, and free of any graffiti, stains, or scratches
  • The product must retain its original condition and all original packaging (including original plastic bags, shoebox, etc.), without affecting the item’s resale ability
  • All accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and order receipts must be complete
  • All discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • For hygiene reasons, sports protective gear, underwear, leggings, socks, and towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  • Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order
  • If you apply for return or exchange for only one item in the order and it is accepted, you cannot apply for return or exchange for other items in the same order afterwards

2. Exchange

To further enhance grip strength, a new structure called 'W-WAVETECH Printed Pattern II' and 'WAVETECH Internal Grip' have been adopted. Featuring a unique cutting structure known as 'Smooth Motion Function' and 'Power Arc Structure,' the grip strength of the W-GRIP has been elevated to a higher level of impact.

  • W-WAVETECH Printed Pattern II
    The material used is synthetic leather that is sweat-resistant, rain-resistant, and conforms to the hand. It is equipped with 'Silicone Printing Processing' to enhance grip fit. Additionally, a thorough analysis of the direction and intensity of force applied during the swing has led to the use of a unique printed pattern in appropriate locations.
  • WAVETECH Internal Grip
    To connect the high grip strength experienced during actual swings to impact, the 'WAVETECH Internal Grip' has been incorporated to enhance the fit inside the glove. This high fit provides strong support during swings.
  • Smooth Motion Finger Structure
    The 'Smooth Motion Finger' is designed to allow the joints of each finger on the palm side to bend. This reduces finger twisting during swings and minimizes creasing while gripping.
  • Power Arc Structure
    By removing the stretch materials from the joints and inter-finger areas of the weaker little finger and ring finger, the 'Power Arc Structure' has been implemented to apply tension while gripping, thereby enhancing grip strength. This elevates grip strength to a higher level of impact.
  • Thumb Fit Bridge Structure
    This structure enhances the fit and integration of the thumb area. The overall feel between the hand and glove is further improved.
