Return & Exchange Policy

Products purchased from Mizuno Hong Kong Online can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.

1. Please ensure the products meet the following conditions before applying for return or exchange:

  • The product must be sold at original price
  • The product must be intact, unused, unwashed, and free of any graffiti, stains, or scratches
  • The product must retain its original condition and all original packaging (including original plastic bags, shoebox, etc.), without affecting the item’s resale ability
  • All accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and order receipts must be complete
  • All discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • For hygiene reasons, sports protective gear, underwear, leggings, socks, and towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  • Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order
  • If you apply for return or exchange for only one item in the order and it is accepted, you cannot apply for return or exchange for other items in the same order afterwards

2. Exchange

  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same style and color
  • When applying for an exchange, please provide the desired size and other relevant information of the item to be exchanged
  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you by email and arrange a return
  • The exchanged item will be shipped to the original delivery address and is expected to be completed within 5-10 working days

This updated WAVE CLAW model offers all-around improvement to already-excellent features. Although 10 grams lighter than the previous model, it is softer and more comfortable due to tweaks to the shoe opening spongey area, the new Dyna-Eyelet Wrap structure that envelops the foot, and cushioning that supports lunges. The shoe also offers enhanced functionality with the all-new MIZUNO ENERZY NXT for amazing cushioning and energy return.

Features

  • This shoe is about 10 grams lighter than the previous WAVE CLAW 2 model.
  • This shoe achieves a more comfortable fit through review of the position and thickness of the sponge around the shoe opening. It offers support for playing comfortably and stress-free until the end of the game.
  • More functional - The forefoot is equipped with the new functional material MIZUNO ENERZY NXT. The shoe provides soft cushioning and high energy return.
  • An even better fit - The newly functional Dyna-Eyelet Wrap, an eyelet structure with large cut-outs, provides a fit that feels like it wraps the entire foot.
  • Improved cushioning for lunges - In order to improve the shoe‘s feeling of firmness during lunges, the structure of the protruding area at the heel adopted for the WAVE FANG 2 of autumn/winter 2023 has been adapted and equipped in the WAVE CLAW style.
  • More than 90% recycled content on upper body synthetic leather base fabric, sockliner lining and shoelace.
