Return & Exchange Policy
Products purchased from Mizuno Hong Kong Online can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
1. Please ensure the products meet the following conditions before applying for return or exchange:
- The product must be sold at original price
- The product must be intact, unused, unwashed, and free of any graffiti, stains, or scratches
- The product must retain its original condition and all original packaging (including original plastic bags, shoebox, etc.), without affecting the item’s resale ability
- All accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and order receipts must be complete
- All discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange
- For hygiene reasons, sports protective gear, underwear, leggings, socks, and towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
- Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order
- If you apply for return or exchange for only one item in the order and it is accepted, you cannot apply for return or exchange for other items in the same order afterwards
2. Exchange
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same style and color
- When applying for an exchange, please provide the desired size and other relevant information of the item to be exchanged
- If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you by email and arrange a return
- The exchanged item will be shipped to the original delivery address and is expected to be completed within 5-10 working days
In case of any dispute, Mizuno Hong Kong Online reserves the final right of decision

Using Mizuno‘s signature Foam Wave instead of a Wave Plate provides excellent softness. MIZUNO ENERZY CORE at the forefoot also offers amazing cushioning and energy return.
Features
- Support for powerful playing through the end of the game
- Flat sole with enhanced stability. Achieves the amazing stability of the Fang series by adopting a flat sole. An outrigger is also equipped on the side of the little toe at the forefoot, supporting stability during quick turns.
- Smoother lunging motions are supported through the design with a protruding heel area. Excellent cushioning and energy return.
- Excellent cushioning is achieved through the placement of the protruding heel structure and the thicker midsole. Plus, leveraging Foam Wave instead of the Wave Plate used to date provides enhanced softness, and loading MIZUNO ENERZY CORE at the forefoot achieves enhanced cushioning and energy return. This helps players make smoother lunges and smoother return motions post-lunge. The shoe also provides enhanced cushioning and stability support through the placement of EVA at two different levels of hardness at the midsole.
