Release Date: This collection will officially launch on |February 7 at 11:00 AM.

1. General Policy

Quantities are limited. We only accept return requests; no exchange services are provided. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

  • Products must be in brand new, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must remain intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number) must be presented.

3. Non-Returnable Scenarios

  • The product has been used, damaged, or is missing any original accessories.

  • Return/exchange requests based on personal reasons (e.g., size mismatch, or change of mind regarding style or color).

4. Return Procedure

  • Please first contact our Customer Service team and provide your order details and the reason for the return.

  • Once confirmed, please mail the item back to the designated address within the specified timeframe.

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer (unless the return is due to product quality issues).

5. Refund Arrangements

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7–14 working days after we have received and inspected the returned item.

  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
