WAVE PROPHECY LS uses MIZUNO’s WAVE technology with an artificial leather and synthetic fiber upper to ensure cushioning, stability, and breathability.
- Free shipping is available for orders of HK$500 or more.
- For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a flat fee of HK$80 will be charged per order. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your payment.

Product Condition and Packaging: Returned items must be in perfect, brand-new condition—unused, unwashed, and free of any markings, stains, or scratches. All original packaging (such as original polybags, shoe boxes, tags, labels, accessories, and manuals) and the original order receipt must be returned in full, ensuring the product remains in a condition suitable for resale.

Category and Frequency Restrictions: This service applies only to full-priced items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any discounted, sale, or promotional items. For hygiene reasons, sports supports, underwear, leggings, socks, and towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, return or exchange requests are limited to once per order.

Exchange-First Policy: We primarily offer exchange services. Eligible items ( full-priced items) may only be exchanged for a different size of the same style and color. If all sizes of the original style are out of stock, customers may apply to exchange for an item within the same series or of equal value.

Refund Exception Criteria: Refund requests will only be processed if the item is completely out of stock (including all sizes and equivalent styles within the same series), making it impossible for the company to provide an exchange. Refunds will not be accepted if a customer rejects the provided exchange options due to personal reasons (e.g., disliking the color or the product not meeting expectations).
