  1. Return Policy

  • Return only; exchange service is not available.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Late requests will not be accepted.

  1. Return Conditions

  • Products must be brand new, unused, and unwashed.

  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be kept intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

  1. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or missing any original accessories.

  • Requests for return due to personal reasons (e.g. size, preference, or color) are not accepted.

  • Sale or limited-edition items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold.

  1. Return Procedure

  • Please contact our Customer Service Team first and provide your order details and reason for return.

  • Once approved, the product must be sent back to the designated address within the specified period.

  • Return shipping cost will be covered by Mizuno Hong Kong, except in cases where the return is not due to a product quality issue.

"ELITE" Designed specifically for runners seeking a balance between speed and control. The shoe weighs approximately 200g (27cm) with a stack height of 34.5-38mm (3.5mm drop). The upper midsole features MIZUNO ENERZY XP - PEBA ultra-light material, while the lower layer adopts MIZUNO ENERZY XP - TPEE. Like the "PURE," it utilizes a 3D FULL-LENGTH CARBON FIBER PLATE to maintain high energy return while reinforcing stability. The flat-sole design ensures exceptional stability and support throughout the ride.
