  1. Return Policy

  • Return only; exchange service is not available.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Late requests will not be accepted.

  1. Return Conditions

  • Products must be brand new, unused, and unwashed.

  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be kept intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

  1. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or missing any original accessories.

  • Requests for return due to personal reasons (e.g. size, preference, or color) are not accepted.

  • Sale or limited-edition items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold.

  1. Return Procedure

  • Please contact our Customer Service Team first and provide your order details and reason for return.

  • Once approved, the product must be sent back to the designated address within the specified period.

  • Return shipping cost will be covered by Mizuno Hong Kong, except in cases where the return is not due to a product quality issue.

"PRO" The only model in the series equipped with SMOOTH SPEED ASSIST (SSA) featuring an aggressive heel bevel. This geometry positions the midfoot as the thickest point and primary contact zone. With a stack height of 33.5-39mm (5.5mm drop), it supports highly efficient weight transfer. Both the upper and lower midsoles utilize MIZUNO ENERZY XP - TPEE material. Weighing approximately 200g (27cm), it continues to provide excellent cushioning and stable propulsion even during long-distance runs. It features a CARBON FIBER WAVE PLATE specifically engineered to enhance the SSA function. Compared to the "PURE" and "ELITE," the sole is equipped with a more extensive G3 OUTSOLE coverage; this expanded grip design not only improves durability but also provides superior traction.
